Description
A community-based health facility which provides preventive health services, primary care services, diagnostic and/or therapeutic outpatient services. The center can perform outpatient surgical procedures such as those commonly performed in a doctor's office. Laboratory services, radiological services and pharmacy services must also be provided. In addition, Primary Care Centers must maintain regular working hours.
